About the role

Reckitt is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to join our Essential Home business. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide strategic HR leadership across a wide range of topics – from talent attraction and transformation to labour relations and people cost management – in a startup-like, fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities

 

  • Provide strategic HR guidance across all areas including talent attraction, employee engagement, labour relations, rewards & benefits, and organisational development for our Essential Home business in DACH & Nordics
  • Lead and implement HR transformation projects in a fast-changing, agile setup
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on HR strategy and business priorities
  • Ensure compliance with global HR policies and local labour laws across multiple European markets
  • Manage people costs and workforce planning with a focus on lean organisational structures
  • Drive employee transition and separation processes in close collaboration with Legal, Finance and Business
  • Build strong relationships across the business and foster a culture of performance and development

 

The experience we're looking for

 

  • More than 5 years of senior HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner or in a similar leadership role
  • Proven track record in managing complex transformations and organisational change
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and hands-on experience in labour relations, including collective bargaining in European markets
  • Expertise in people cost management and organisational design
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Fluent in English and German
