And because our areas of expertise are so critical to Reckitt's success, we develop and cultivate business relationships with key decision makers like physicians, M.D., office staff, hospital staff and others in the consumer influence network.
Sobre el puesto
Generar demanda, cumplir con los objetivos de visita médica y market share que se asignen a su territorio, representando y siendo el vínculo de MJ con el cliente final (HCPs, hospitales, farmacias, distribuidores), cumpliendo con las políticas y comportamientos de Reckitt).
Tus responsabilidades
- Ejecución de las estrategias de ventas y marketing para promover los productos de la compañía
- Interacciones con los HCP's
- Análisis de inofrmación y auditorías para identificar áreas de mejora y de oportunidad
- Análisis del territorio y del mercado para generar estrategias
- Planes de trabajo y cumplimiento/seguimiento de los KPI's
- Resultados comerciales y cumplimiento de las funciones y responsabilidades administrativas
La experiencia que buscamos
- Licenciatura, preferentemente en áreas de nutrición, ciencias médicas, administración o afines
- Sólida experiencia en ventas y visitas médicas
- Experiencia con fórmulas infantiles deseable
- Inglés intermedio deseable
- Office Suite
