Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Embark on an impactful journey with Reckitt as our next Export Manager, where your expertise will catalyse our international sales operations. This position is pivotal for those who are passionate about fostering global market growth and building robust relationships with international clients. You'll be orchestrating strategies to elevate our global presence, adhering to export regulations with finesse, and working collaboratively across departments to streamline export activities. Your responsibilities

Takes responsibility for the total sales budget of GT MBS Chains. 

Together with NSM/Trade MKT/Marketing/Medical, develops adequate trade and operating plans, game plans, and activities, assures implementation and monitor progress.

Ensures that customer needs and opportunities are quickly and successfully incorporated into product strategies.

Provides extensive sales analysis data to management team for the effective monitor and control on sales performance.

Develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships with key accounts and distributors to strengthen Mead Johnson Nutrition competitive position and performance.

Executes with excellence in promotional activities to achieve sales targets/brand objectives in each chain/account.

Leads contract negotiation (trading terms) and developing successful agreements.

Monitors and maintains budget.

Works with NSM to build a high-performance team and to develop organization capability to meet business needs by identifying key talents/positions and providing on-going feedback and coaching

Builds strong business relationship within Commercial and other functional teams to enhance business performance

Sets goals and clear performance standards and measurements to monitor progress of the sales and people performance. Sets high standard for self, initiate performance discussions with manager, acts on feedback, reflects on experience for improvement.

Coaches and motivates direct reports (if any), recognizing level and task, while capitalizing on their strengths, skills and capabilities. 

The experience we're looking for

  Requirement University Degree holder - Bachelor degree in Economy or Business Administration

At least 5 years’ experience of working in relevant fields (having sales experiences about Milk Powder Category is an advantage), 3 years in management roles and with international companies − Excellent sales management and selling skills

Good understanding of MBS channel

Understand shopper insights & behaviors

Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of staff and management − Master in territory management

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet and exceed deadlines
