Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Seeking a leadership adventure? Become the driving force behind our vibrant Field Sales team as a Field Sales Manager at Reckitt. Inspire your team, implement effective sales strategies, and foster strong relationships in the trade. This role is your platform to shine, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your responsibilities

  • Aligns with trade sales strategy to develop regional or channel trade sales operating plans, assures implementation, monitors progress and takes actions to achieve business objectives
  • Translates brand strategy and tactical plans into actionable superior trade plans. Is responsible for the delivery of trade sales plan to achieve the business objectives
  • Is responsible for the application process (sales force profile, campaign request, etc)
  • Provides inputs to marketing to establish retail implementation goals – on distribution, merchandising, pricing, inventory management, promotion and in-store brand building opportunity
  • Develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships with key accounts and distributors to strengthen RB competitive position and performance
  • Diagnoses and uses fragment statistics to project the future business environment, provides extensive sales analysis data to management team for the effective monitor and control on sales performance of the assigned region
  • Monitor and maintain budget for the assigned territories. Understands the importance of financial implication against results to determine the worth of investment
  • Exhibits flexibility in a rapidly-changing marketplace and in response to differing customer and company needs. Anticipates needs changing and identifies contingency plans
  • Develops a comprehensive set of performance standards for regional team, channel following trade sales department priority
  • Leads team to achieve performance, especially to improve course of action or emphasis in process management so all team members have a clear objective or quantitative measurement to improve
  • Coach and train trade sales and supporting team to develop a high performance organization
  • Motivate regional, channel trade sales team and create a working environment enhancing RB core value and play as a role model for direct report 

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree – Prefer Economy, Economics, Marketing or Business Administration major
  • 15 years above sales experiences with at least 10 years above management experiences
  • At least 5 years’ experience of working for international companies
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
