About the role

As the lifeblood of our supply chain excellence, we're seeking an insightful Demand Planner to join our vibrant Reckitt team. You will have the significant responsibility of crafting accurate demand forecasts within a bustling large market, ensuring our products meet the hands of our consumers efficiently. Your role bridges the gap between sales surges, marketing campaigns, and our dedicated supply and manufacturing teams by translating complex data into action. We're looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, embraces challenges, and communicates with clarity and conviction.

Your responsibilities

Demand Forecasting & Analytics

  • Lead the monthly demand planning cycle using IBP process, ensuring timely and accurate forecasts at multiple levels (SKU, category, channel).
  • Analyze historical sales trends, market intelligence, promotional plans, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to incorporate business insights into the forecast.
  • Load the demand forecast in system for factory (in APO or Kinaxis system)

Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

  • Facilitate the Demand Review step of the IBP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and accountability.
  • Partners with Supply Planning, Finance, and Marketing to ensure demand plans are aligned with financial targets and supply capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the IBP process, leveraging system capabilities and best practices.

Supply Planning Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Planning team to ensure demand signals are accurately translated into production plans within Kinaxis.
  • Monitor and manage production plans across SLoB and NWc (Net Working Capital) targets, ensuring alignment with inventory and service level goals.
  •  Act as a liaison between Vietnam demand planning and regional factories, facilitating timely communication on production constraints, capacity planning, and order fulfillment.
  • Contribute to monthly Supply Review meetings by sharing demand-driven supply risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment with overall IBP cycle.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the key point of contact for demand and Supply planning in Vietnam.
  • Build strong relationships with local commercial and supply chain teams to understand market dynamics and ensure alignment with regional strategies.
  • Present forecast insights and risks/opportunities to senior leadership during IBP and S&OP meetings.

System & Process Excellence

  • Champion the use of Kinaxis, SAP IBP and other digital tools to enhance forecast accuracy and visibility.
  •  Lead or support local and regional projects related to planning transformation, data governance, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across planning systems.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing planning team.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in FMCG or Nutrition industry.
  • Strong experience with SAP IBP or similar advanced planning systems.
  • Proven track record in leading S&OP/IBP processes in a country or regional context.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
