Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

1. Execute medical operational plan:

• Achieve medical KPIs (targets, market share annual goals) for the assigned products (routine and S&S line) in assigned territory

• Develop and implement an effective KPI set for MRs in region (including forecasts, medical programs, with a clear vision on short, average and long-term of region)

• Explore new areas both within existing territories as well as by expanding geographic coverage for teritories development

• Ensure that the medical program is in line with the organization’s vision, mission and business culture

• Monitor, lead and motivate regional organization by effectively synergizing Marketing, Medical, SFE and Field Force

• Training team to ensure effective execution of medical plan.

• Manage the operating budget and allocation of samples and promotional materials

• Teritoty planning: prepare operating plan on a yearly basis for national goals, budget requirements, and manpower requirements

• Maintains a broad knowledge of the nutritional industry, field management techniques, and company objectives

2. Coaching and developing the team to drive for results

• Supervises field team in the execution of their responsibilities.

• Trains and develops Medical reps in order to improve their effectiveness in selecting, training, motivating, and managing the activities of Medical reps

• Interviews, selects, and oversees the training and development of team

3. Report visibility on results

• Drive team’s territory review calendar and reporting (Ex: monthly report/BR /SFDC report/dashboard to provide a monthly update to Senior Management on results)

• Provide regular update and information on market and competitive intelligence.

• Drive communication across functions / teams (marketing, etc.)

• Maintains accurate and timely records all information relative to the medical and operational activity in the region (such as program effectiveness, competitive activity, and developments which could affect operations) and reports relevant information to management

4. Customer’s management

• Map and make plans for developing relationships with key stakeholders (Health authority (SOH)/scientific associations (Nutritional/OB/Pedi …. associations), Key opinion leaders (KOLs) in key hospitals to effectively run medical marketing program (CME/rotation/MOM awareness program ….)

• Serve a key role in creating and maintaining key customer relationship

• Support the MRs in building strong medical capability

5. Adhere to legal framework as well as RB and industry code of conduct and be the role model in driving compliance policy in team

• Act as role model vis-à-vis team in representing and embracing company policies, compliance rules, code of conduct, regulations and local applicable laws

• Ensure coaching and monitoring of FLMs/MRs for compliance rules implementation. Collaborate with office team to ensure training, guidance and monitoring of the same

6. Others

• Ensure Company’s confidentiality i.e. intellectual property, product, price, Sales and Marketing strategies, salary information

• Perform additional tasks/projects as assigned and discussed with direct/functional manager.

The experience we're looking for

  • Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s degree of Pharmacy, Economy, Marketing or Business Administration
  • • Professional background: From 6 - 8 years of Pharma/Nutrition sales experiences
  • 3 years of experience in management position within pharmaceutical/nutrition industry, with middle-small scale sales management and proven and documented track records 
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and comfortable in English
  • Proficiency in using computer software especially Microsoft Office
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to plan work and act autonomously and collaboratively within objectives and guidelines with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong productive relationship with cross-functional with ability to work towards a team based, collaborative environment, promoting candor and receptivity, clarity of purpose and goals, and high commitment to achieve business goals
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and evaluate territory potential, track KPIs and make appropriate resource allocation decisions
  • Ability to develop ongoing process improvements, including conducting post audit on all programs
