Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities
Sales
- Develop strategic business partnerships to supporting business programs.
- Work with the Marketing and Customer Marketing to develop a strategy for e-Customers.
- Partner with Customers to identify new needs and enable Customer satisfaction.
- Adapt knowledge of Customer strategies to RB strategy to optimize sales potential.
- Create and negotiate long term win/win business relationships.
- Create and deliver creative Customer presentations to achieve incremental opportunities.
- Seek, create and develop new business opportunities to build brand consumption. Focus on creating brand ecosystems including negotiating coding / data sharing into long term co-operation/JBPs (joined business plans).
- Apply effective sales techniques creating a need in the Customer’s mind.
- Work with the Customers to ensure e4P compliance.
- Use on-line Customer specific data to identify and develop action plans satisfying Customer needs.
- Work with the Customers supply chain teams and internal logistics/customer service teams to optimise Customer service and deliver performance metric
Leadership
- Be part of the local sales leadership team
- Closely collaborate with the other members of the local sales leadership team on the overall business objectives delivery for the unit and marketing/digital team/customer marketing – lead cross-functional E-com team
- Guide and develop team
- Contribute to the overall unit associates engagement
Business development
- Lead processes, KPI settings, listings and sales tracking
- Gather and understand Consumer and Channel/Customer insights
- Develop digital Channel/Customer 4Ps strategy for Customer implementation with proper business planning and JBPs
- Build, own, monitor and update digital sales local success models
- Optimize route to market for e-Commerce business in order to maximize the value chain
- Understand e-tailer business models & tools to ensure we develop appropriate portfolio & digital marketing tools.
- Recommend efficient and effective pricing and promotion strategies in accordance with category success models. Work on the creation of e-commerce specific offers (virtual or physical) in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Coordinate annual 4Ps planning and review process by understanding business objectives and translating them into a 4Ps roadmap for digital sales execution.
- Serve as an expert to Marketing/Trade Marketing and manage cross-category Customer needs.
The experience we're looking for
- University Degree holder - Bachelor degree in e-Economy or Commercial Business
- At least 3 years experience of working in relevant fields of which 2 years in management roles and with international companies
- Either 2 year experience in eCommerce business in FMCG company preferred, or proven track of experience in digital business (Pure e-tailing players)
- Excellent sales management and selling skills
- Good understanding of e-Commerce channel
- Understand shopper insights & behaviours
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Solid experiences in key accounts management
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet and exceed deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Fluency in using office software applications
