Marketing

Our global teams lead on our overarching brand strategy, brand guardianship and innovation pipeline in close partnership with R&D. Leaving our local marketing teams to deliver on our regional goals in partnership with our Sales teams.

About the role
Your responsibilities
- Define core brand objectives and strategies in line with Country Manager & Leadership team.
- Lead in the development and execution of an integrated marketing plan aligned with long term brand strategies and bring synergies to the business.
- Develop strong marketing organization in terms of people skills/capability, consumer/shopper centricity, the marketing organization and external partners.
- Analyze marketplace and anticipates future changes to create competitive advantage in brand benefits and communication of these benefits to a broad audience.
- Drive performance on the annual operating plan and budgets consistent with the Reckitt long-term strategies.
- Plan and integrate all demand driving activities across the organization based on marketing insights.
- Establish a culture that promotes “winning on the ground”, “going for extra miles” spirit, collaboration, ethical practice, integrity, social responsibility, and company compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical opinion leaders, key customers, marketing agencies, internal functional heads, Finish Penetration Increase Program (PIP) Partners and regional marketing teams in order to create positive impact on the business.
- Manage and deliver P & L, setting ambitious brand targets to deliver company sales and profit goals.
- Apply and adapt global and regional marketing programs to the local market.
- Member of leadership team with responsibility for contributing to the overall company direction.
The experience we're looking for
- University Graduate, major in Marketing/Economics or related major.
- MBA/Master’s degree is a plus.
- Developed and implemented marketing and business plans that significantly grew sales and market share for products at various stages of life cycle in A FMCG environment.
- Successfully launched a major new product, build a brand into a category leader.
- Demonstrated successful innovation that required consumer insights and calculated risk taking.
- Developed consumer insights through the use of both qualitative and quantitative market research methods.
- Strong team leader with a track record of developing people, the marketing organization and partnerships with agencies.
- Consumer or other relevant marketing experience in major organization; had diversity of types of brands managed. Demonstrated success at launching, growing or reposition a brand.
- Showed good technical and financial understanding to be able to drive marketable and profitable product launching initiatives.
- Hands-on and fact-based approach to developing business in the local market. Comfortable operating in a volatile and emerging market.

- A robust track record in Marketing, with a shining portfolio of successes in both Marketing and Sales functions.
- An ability to combine strategic thinking with decisive action, backed by a sharp commercial mindset.
- Insightful grasp of consumer behaviour and market trends, with an emphasis on a global perspective.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at nurturing relationships and managing stakeholders with ease.
