Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. 
 
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. 
 
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Your responsibilities

Serves as an active, high-energy proponent of the medical sale’s vision and mission. 

Develops strong medical sales organization in terms of people skills and build organization capabilities.

Analyzes marketplace, medical environment and anticipates future changes in medical channels to create competitive advantage.

Drives performance on the annual operating plan and budgets consistent with the Company’s long-term strategies.

Establishes a culture that promotes ethical practice, integrity, social responsibility, and company compliance.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with medical opinion leaders, agencies, internal functional heads and regional medical team in order to create positive impact on the business.  Leads and develops MJN’s position as a global leader in infant nutrition with focus on professional medical channel.

Manages and delivers P & L, setting ambitious targets to drive sales and profit goals while managing finite financial and human resource.

Applies and adapts global and regional medical programs to the local market where applicable.

A member of senior management team with responsibility for contributing to the overall company direction.

The experience we're looking for

University Graduate, major in Medicine or Nutrition

Developed and implemented business plans that significantly grew demand, sales and market share for products at various stages of life cycle in a medical/nutrition environment.

Demonstrated successful innovation of medical programs that required medical environment understanding, consumer insights and calculated risk taking.

A strong team leader with a track record of developing people and medical sales organization

Proved strong partnerships with key medical bodies and health ministries to build rapport.

Showed good technically medical and financial understanding to be able to drive marketable and profitable product launching initiatives.

Hands-on and fact-based approach to developing business in the local market.
