Your responsibilities
Category management
- Define key growth drivers of category and translate it into customized approach by channels through 5Ps
- Work with Channel Head to set target of Distribution and Must Stock List by brand by channel.
- Tracking and building plan to help channel to deliver the target.
- Oversee and analysis Retailer buying price, Consumer promotional price.
- Set / adjust pricing framework and act if needed.
- Set Primary and Secondary visibility guideline by brand by channels / sub-channels.
- Plan GT retailer, MT customer and consumer based on category, channel, customer and shopper insights.
- Plan rental investment by channel / sub-channels.
- Oversee POSM & POG deployment in the market.
Demand & Forecasting
- Collaborate with Sales and MKT to build demand forecast.
- Stock allocation between channels / sub channels
Budget Management
- Manage Trade Investment budget including:
- Retailer promotion (on-invoice, rebate)
- Consumer promotion (discount, FOC, gimmick)
- Visibility rental
- Customer engagement (Key-event sponsor,…)
- Manage Non-BEI budget including:
- POSM production and deployment.
- Samples to Sales and retailers, customers.
- ROI evaluation.
- Oversee monthly accrual and actual expenses tracking.
- Analysis Trade Investment and Non-BEI investment by (1) key activities (2) channels / sub-channels and (3) key customers for budget optimization.
Business Acumen and Operation
- Analysis (1) category performance (2) channel performance and (3) key customer performance to find growth opportunities or key issues impacting on business.
- Collaborate with other commercial functions (MKT, Ecom, Sales) to lead total integrated plan by channel / sub-channel.
- Working with Client Management of Distributor to:
- Request them to deploy and execute Trade plan to Sales team.
- Supervise the execution in the market, give feedback and do action to Client Management.
- Closely working with Sales team for:
- Deploy category strategy and channel plan.
- Discuss and finalize action plan to leverage opportunities or to fix issues.
- Do market intelligence: competitor activities, customers and retailer movements.
- Support Key Account team to build Joint-Business-Plan with Modern Trade customers.
- Support Sales team to build activities engage with key retailers / key customers in General Trade.
Merchandising Management
- Deliver in-store merchandising execution through managing merchandiser team under distributor
- Collaborating with SFE and Channels to set Master Call Plan (MCP) and KPIs for merchandiser team.
- Tracking and analysis in-store execution from reports of Merchandiser team.
- Provide action plan for Trade & Channel to ensure execution excellence as Reckitt’s way
The experience we're looking for
- University Degree holder - bachelor’s degree in Economy or Business Administration
- Proven good writing, speaking, and editing skills, in local language.
- Proficiency in English. - Result-oriented. Balance between Long-term and Short-term.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both within teams and independently.
- Demonstrates ability to work in an ambiguous, unpredictable, and complex environment. Able to maintain professionalism; demonstrates flexibility, open-mindedness, and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of staff and management.
- Good at data analysis and critical information gathering to deliver quality solution to critical business tasks.
