Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Step into the role of Key Account Manager at Reckitt, where your mastery of relationship-building and strategic partnering with major national trade players will be fundamental in delivering health, hygiene, and nutrition products to consumers. In this dynamic position, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and realising joint business plans, balancing customer success with our own growth. Your responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and inspire the eCommerce Business Development team, fostering a high-performance, result-driven culture.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor progress, and support capability development.

eCommerce Strategy & Performance:

  • Drive online sales across eCommerce platforms include in Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Tiki and other online customers.
  • Lead campaign planning, platform negotiations, and promotional execution.
  • Ensure operation excellence while continually identifying and leveraging new growth opportunities for online business.
  • Partner with marketing, supply chain, finance, and regulatory teams to craft and execute impactful eCommerce strategies.
  • Explore, develop & maximize omni-channel sales to integrate online and offline touchpoints. Identify new opportunities to connect with consumers through seamless, multi-channel experiences.

Financials

  • Manage budgets, forecast sales, and oversee financial planning for eCommerce operations.
  • Ensure efficient investment allocation across channels and campaigns.

The experience we're looking for

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.

Background:

  • Minimum in 5 years of team management experience.
  • 8+ years in eCommerce, FMCG, or nutrition category, experience in milk formula is a strong plus.
  • Strong familiarity with eCommerce/Omni market trends, online customer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.

Competencies:

  • Proven ability to lead and grow high-performance teams.
  • Skilled in cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management.
  • Data-driven mindset, proactive, and consumer-obsessed.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, distributor) to drive sale and operational efficiency.
  • Problem-solving & adaptability, with a proactive approach in navigating the fast-paced and evolving e-commerce landscape.
