About the role

As a Demand Planning Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving accurate demand forecasts and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure optimal supply chain performance. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Production Planning, and Customer Service, ensuring business objectives are met through data-driven planning and collaboration.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor demand and supply forecasting team members to maintain high KPI performance in areas such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and customer service
  • Own and lead the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, reporting key insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Manage and maintain demand forecasts across all product lines using tools such as SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI
  • Managing financial and supply KPIs, including budget oversight for FI, WHS, and EMB
  • Lead the creation and management of enterprise-wide consensus forecasts at the SKU level for assigned brands and business units
  • Analyse consumer behaviour, trade promotions, run rates, seasonality, and market trends in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Utilize demand planning software and root cause analysis to recommend corrective actions, manage obsolescence, and drive continuous improvement
  • Facilitate monthly demand planning meetings with Trade Marketing and Marketing teams to align forecasts and business strategies
  • Act as the senior liaison for all supply-related matters, ensuring seamless communication between departments
  • Oversee the transition of EPDs (End of Product Development) and ensure timely launches of NPDs (New Product Development)
  • Responsible for standard costing calculations of imported finished goods
  • Manage supply losses, including factory write-offs, and oversee obsolescence and broker sales

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or forecasting roles within a global organization
  • Systems Knowledge: SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI Advanced Excel skill required, experience with BI tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in data modelling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage direct reports, experience in mentoring and developing talent.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
