About the role
As a PTP Finance Specialist, you will support the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process by ensuring supplier invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time. You will work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain financial controls, and contribute to efficient finance operations.

Duration: 6 months
Your responsibilities
- Process and validate supplier invoices in line with established procedures.
- Perform three-way matching between Purchase Orders (POs), goods receipts, and invoices.
- Manage vendor payments in accordance with company procedures.
- Resolve discrepancies and issues with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update SAP master data.
- Support month-end closing activities and financial controls.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and approval workflows.
- Serve as a key user for the SAP system (significant advantage).
The experience we're looking for
- Bookkeeping Certificate (Level 2 or equivalent) – mandatory.
- 3–5 years of experience in Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP), or Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
- Experience with SAP and/or ERP systems – a significant advantage.

Native-level or fluent proficiency in Hebrew is essential.
- Good command of English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
