We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Sales Operations Executive plays a key role in dealing with trade-related work of key accounts. The person also provides an important link between sales, trade marketing and customers. He/she needs to work in a complex modern trade and general trade environment, processing all trade-related and promotion-related communication and materials.
Your responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
· Assist Key Account Team in handling daily operations for key retailers in Hong Kong
· Execute promotion activities at retailers level timely and effectively according to plan
· Handle purchase order, delivery and account receivable related issues
· Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g. Trade Marketing/Brand/Supply) to ensure effective delivery of products and services to key retailers
· Prepare and present reports for sales analysis, forecasting and promotion evaluation
· Administration support for Key Account Team
· Support ad hoc duties as and when required
The experience we're looking for
· 1-2 years related experience in sales, solid experience in managing key accounts is an advantage
· Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment
· Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded and able to work independently
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
· Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
· Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Key Account Executive
