About the role
Your responsibilities
- PO management (Taiwan)

- Oversee PO creation, amendment, closure and related control processes
- Monitor open PO status and coordinate with requestors/ approvers to resolve outstanding issues
- Ensure timely follow-up and clean-up of aged or inactive POs
- Account Payable (Taiwan)

- Review and process vendor invoices accurately and on time
- Prepare AP-related balance sheet reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve invoice, payment and vendor statement discrepancies
- Support payment process and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policy
- Intercompany reconciliations (Taiwan)

- Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliations
- Investigate mismatch items and coordinate with counterparties to ensure timely resolution
- Support the clearance of aged intercompany balances and improve reconciliation quality
- Master Data- vendor checking (Taiwan)

- Review vendor master data setup / change requests and ensure completeness of supporting documents
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure vendor data is properly maintained and compliant with internal requirements
- Audit, Compliance and Tax Support

- Support internal / external audit requests and prepare required schedules and supporting documents
- Assist in statutory audit, tax filing support and compliance-related matters as needed
- Ensure accounting treatments and documentation are in line with company policy and local requirements
- Month end closing report preparation

- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare accruals, reconciliations and reporting schedules accurately and on time
- Upload financial data into reporting systems and ensure reporting completeness and accuracy
- Ad hoc projects and assignment
Support ad-hoc finance projects and assignments as required
The experience we're looking for
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in finance, Accounting, or related filed
- Preferably an accredited or partially qualified member of an international professional accounting organization (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the field of financial accounting
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Able to identify and communicate important issues and influence the decision-making process where appropriate
- Familiar with integrated transaction in an ERP environment
- Team player with interpersonal and collaboration skills
- High standards of customer service ethics
- Enthusiasm, motivation and a commitment to the timely delivery of results.
