About the role

As an Assistant Brand Manager at Reckitt, you'll nurture our brands with creativity and strategic insight. We're seeking a dynamic marketer to collaborate on exciting brand journeys, turn insights into action, and deliver memorable marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of Personal Care products within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise short term and long-term sales and profitability.
•Contribute to the development of brand/ category strategies, new business, and new product ideas to drive brand and business growth. 
•Develop, recommend, and lead the execution of marketing plans and campaign activities for assigned brand.
•Lead new product development and processes to launch implementation. 
•Proactively and independently work with cross functional teams (Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Legal) on planning and execution. 
•On-going analysis and monitoring of brand performance, competitor activities and category trends through ACNielsen data, research, internal data and P&L etc. 
•Manage the assigned marketing budget with proper and timely tracking and reporting.
•Lead external agencies to execute marketing activities.
•Own P&L and annual target of the assigned brand/ category.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor degree of a business-related subject from a recognised university.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing preferably with NPD expereince in FMCG companies
  • Able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential.
  • Experience in market data tools e.g. ACNielsen Discover
  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Strong commercial mindset, analytical skills and sense of urgency to resolve business challenges.
  • High achiever and sense of ownership, self-motivated
