About the role
We're looking for a Finance Manager – with vigilance and strategic insight. You'll be more than just a number-cruncher; you'll be a financial gatekeeper for Reckitt, ensuring that we not only stay ahead in compliance but also capitalise on opportunities to craft a stronger, more profitable future. Your expertise in tax laws and proactive approach will guide us through the complexities of tax regulations, turning challenges into strategic advantages.
Your responsibilities
Monthly Management Reporting
- Lead the preparation of timely and accurate monthly commercial and management reports.
- Monitor monthly performance against plan and forecast, report on major variances and provide suggestion for improvement
- Support commercial team in business reviews by gathering all financial data and prepare relevant presentation materials with in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure maximum usage of available reporting tools such as Fusion, Anaplan, Power BI, etc. to improve reporting efficiency.
- Continuously strive to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting requirement in line with the business needs by developing new value adding analysis and insights.
Planning and Forecasting
- Drive annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning process.
- Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, trade spend effectiveness, and cost-to-serve metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational execution.
- Prepare Plan /Forecasting deck in line with global requirements and ad-hoc analysis to support storytelling.
Controlling and Monitoring
- Maintain financial integrity by complying with company policies, SOP and internal controls procedures.
- Review and approve the financials of new product launch and track monthly performance of new products.
- Ensure the integrity of all trade spend accruals through thorough review, reconciliation and analysis.
- Lead the item master maintenance process.
- Business support role to sales and marketing teams with annual budget and monthly rolling forecast and spend analysis.
Ad Hoc task as required
The experience we're looking for
- Proven expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, business partnering, and performance management, with a strong track record of delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, and FMCG experienced is preferred
- Skilled in building relationships and effectively communicating to influence across all levels of the organisation.
- A forward-thinking, global outlook with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
- A results-driven approach with a track record of using analytical skills to improve business processes.
