Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Embark on an impactful journey with Reckitt as our next Export Manager, where your expertise will catalyse our international sales operations. This position is pivotal for those who are passionate about fostering global market growth and building robust relationships with international clients. You'll be orchestrating strategies to elevate our global presence, adhering to export regulations with finesse, and working collaboratively across departments to streamline export activities. Dive into a role where your strategic influence will shape not just business outcomes, but also inspire industry leading practises.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales growth and profitability for HKGT, Macau & Export Business.
  • Achieve the business objective in terms of Net Revenue, Gross To Net, Gross Margin.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage distributor sales team, trade offer, stock inventory to maintain health coverage.
  • Negotiations with both distributor and customer to secure more favourable commercial terms.
  • Optimize the distribution, merchandising and promotions of our products in accordance with the 4P objectives
  • Respond to customer needs and queries.
  • Regular sales reports to review & analyse opportunities.
  • Makes regular visits to individual stores/retail outlets in order to; check displays, take orders, sell displays, sell in 4P concepts, maintenance of 4P execution.
  • Work with the stakeholders (MKT/Finance/Supply) to maintain high standard execution.

The experience we're looking for

  • Preferably educated to minimum bachelors degree level ideally in a business related subject - from a recognised University.
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
  • Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
  • Strong negotiation skills, being a good dealmaker.  
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams
  • Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • The business language in Reckitt is English, therefore fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages(s) is advantageous
