We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Sales Operations Executive plays a key role in dealing with trade-related work of key accounts. The person also provides an important link between sales, trade marketing and customers. He/she needs to work in a complex modern trade and general trade environment, processing all trade-related and promotion-related communication and materials.
Your responsibilities
Scopes of Role:
•Providing trade promotion and display support to Key Account Manager
•Handling customer requests
•Maintaining good customer relations
•Producing reports, internal & external forms and maintaining master file
•Maintaining customer records
•Help on trade spend process
•Arranging logistics of product samples
•Handling the Premium Sourcing
The experience we're looking for
•Diploma degree or above
•Min 1 year or above working experience in sales coordination
•Good command of English and Chinese
•Independent, self-motivated, well organized, highly responsible and detail minded
•Ability to adapt in a fast paced, dynamic team environment
•Strong multi-tasking ability and a good team player
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Proficiency in PC operations such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Can work under pressure
•Fluent English
