About the role
Seeking an opportunity where you can mould the future of supply chain? As a Customer Supply Services Representative at Reckitt, you will be part of the Supply Services Team France/Benelux and will report to the Supply Services Manager Benelux.
Location: Sloterdijk, Amsterdam.
Your responsibilities
Building customer relationship:
- Day to day management of customer relationship for Reckitt customers (Pharmacies, supermarkets, drugstores, ecommerce platform, wholesalers, and distributors – no direct contact with consumers).
- Build a relationship with your supply counterpart
- Manage the ordering process from A to Z including order management, stock control, outbound (transport), returns, etc.
- Coordinate the whole order/delivery process by working closely with the warehouse, logistics and the supply planning team to ensure on time and in full deliveries (OTIF).
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to address ways to improve customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
- Liaises with sales account managers to provide customer insights and identify opportunities.
- Work closely with finance controlling team to investigate credit claims and looks at ways to reduce errors.
Analysis & reporting:
- Update weekly service level for key accounts and identify discrepancies between RB data and customer data.
- Update monthly Customer Service KPIs reports.
- Prepare dashboards for the key account customers.
- Provide monthly analysis on different supply topics for the department (cost-to-serve, truck optimization, dispute, service level, etc).
The experience we're looking for
- Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory (written and spoken). French is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of order management, supply chain, or business-to-business customer management required.
- Strong analytical skills and Excel knowledge (pivot table, basics formulas, organize data to provide analysis). Experience in creating Excel / Power BI tables to follow supply KPIs is also a plus.
- Experience with SAP ECC6 is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
- Ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
