About the role
The Project Management Office (PMO) plays a pivotal role in planning, scheduling, executing, supporting, and monitoring multi-country HR transformation initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with RB standards, with a strong focus on governance, stakeholder engagement, and benefit realization.
Your responsibilities
- Be responsible for end to end project management activates.
- Lead project tracking and communication across geographies.
- Provide timely status updates and actionable feedback to senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary liaison for local teams, including handling inquiries and invoicing.
- Drive issue resolution and develop mitigation plans as needed.
- Ensure robust governance and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Formulate, organize, and oversee multiple projects across regions and manage interdependencies wherever needed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, and timelines.
- Report progress in accordance with the defined governance framework.
- Facilitate effective communication with cross-functional working groups.
- Collaborate with Implementation and Technology teams to maintain accurate resource forecasts.
- Make informed decisions based on available data and stakeholder input.
- Manage project risks, issues, decisions, and actions through structured logs.
- Oversee change control processes and associated documentation.
- Coordinate with teams (globally) to address country-specific requirements.
- Act as a liaison and backup for other PMO functions to ensure seamless coordination.
- Customize processes to meet local needs while adhering to global project standards.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and strategic thinking in program execution.
- Ensure timely updates of dashboards and reports in line with reporting schedules.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management framework.
The experience we're looking for
- Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 7–10 years of experience in multi-country process transitions and project management related to HR.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or Prince2 Practitioner) is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and dynamic environments.
- Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Quick learner with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
