About the role
Embark on a dynamic finance career at Reckitt and be at the forefront of driving strategic decisions through meticulous analysis. As a Finance Analyst for our Corporate division, you will dive deep into the management accounts of our CHQ and Health entities, providing insights that influence global operations. Your role is integral to our collective mission, offering a vibrant setting where your financial acumen will shine and your career will flourish thanks to our nurturing of talent and commitment to progression.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Deliver timely month-end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate directly with Shared Services for regular financial reviews and oversee the completion of non-outsourced reconciliations.
- Partake in financial system and user access reviews, bolstering our internal controls.
- Contribute to headcount reporting and maintain meticulous records.
- Assist the FP & A team with the creation and maintenance of cost centres and purchasing groups.
The experience we're looking for
- Part-qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or equivalent), enabling a strong comprehension of finance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and HFM, with a knack for navigating complex financial systems.
- Advanced Excel skills to analyse and present data effectively.
- Proven academic foundation with a degree or equivalent, complementing your practical knowledge.
- Experience presenting intricate financial information in an understandable manner to all levels of staff, including directors.
- Aptitude for managing projects, improving processes, and driving change through stellar stakeholder engagement.
