About the role
As the Controllership COE RTR Analyst, you will support the Record-to-Report (RTR) process within the Controllership Center of Excellence (COE). Your role will focus on ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with global policies, and timely execution of month-end close activities. You will collaborate with regional finance teams, provide analytical insights, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
Your responsibilities
- Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with global accounting policies and internal controls
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in RTR processes
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure accurate reporting
- Support audits by providing documentation and explanations
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for all RTR activities

The experience we're looking for
0–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or RTR processes (shared services/global exposure preferred)
Knowledge of financial reporting, journal processing, and reconciliations
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Excel skills
Understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting
