About the role
The System Expert role is a pivotal position in the implementation of the Kinaxis RapidResponse E2E Supply Planning system. This role is responsible for providing techno-functional support, enhancing the platform with new functionalities, and accelerating the deployment of the solution to new factories and markets. The System Expert will interface with multiple systems such as SAP ECC / JDE / Azure / Siebel and will be responsible for leading business enhancements, assessing and configuring change requests, and managing key stakeholders across markets and factories globally.
Your responsibilities
- Owns the Kinaxis RapidResponse planning solution, collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, provides system solutions, configures RapidResponse, facilitates UAT, conducts end-user training, and supports continuous improvement.
- The System Expert will also engage with end users in markets and factories to provide support as a “first point of contact” for planning system queries and issues, manage Help Desk tickets, break fixes, and minor enhancements, and coordinate with internal IT COE teams and external Kinaxis support teams to implement change requests and solution enhancements.
- Successful configuration and implementation of the RapidResponse system
- Effective resolution of system queries and issues
- Continuous improvement of the system
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science.
- 6 years of overall experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in working within supply chain planning systems like Kinaxis, OMP, O9, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.
- Supply chain planning experience in FMCG
- Experience with software lifecycle implementations with an emphasis on Kinaxis RapidResponse Planning
