About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Analyst to support core financial operations, reporting, and analysis activities. This role sits within the finance function and plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial data, supporting month-end close, and enabling effective decision-making through reporting and insights.

Your responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
•    Oversee project-level financial tracking, ensuring accurate cost allocation and alignment with approved budgets and provide timely and accurate reporting of project financials, including variance analysis and forecasting.
•    Prepare and analyse GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) and Purchase Order reports, identifying balance build-up, missing accruals, and anomalies.
•    Support the actualisation process, ensuring financial data in LV reflects the latest business performance.
•    Maintain and update cost trackers across approvals, projects, and workstreams to support financial visibility and control.

Month-End & Accounting Activities
•    Prepare and post journals as required.
•    Assist with accruals and financial close activities, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
•    Manage vendor statement requests and support reconciliation activities to resolve discrepancies.


Data Management & System Processes
•    Perform SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) data uploads for FC/Plan and reporting activities.
•    Manage and execute data extracts from SAP and Fusion systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Stakeholder Support & Reporting
•    Prepare presentation materials (decks) to support financial reviews and stakeholder meetings.
•    Collaborate with internal teams and project leads to gather required financial data and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
•    Build strong relationships across finance, transformation, project and business teams.

Governance, Risk & Compliance
•    Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and compliance standards.
•    Identify financial risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
•    Support audit readiness and governance processes.

The experience we're looking for

Your Experience & Skills
•    6+ years experience in a finance, accounting, or FP&A role 
•    Highly skilled in Excel with familiarity in financial systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion preferred)
•    Good understanding of financial processes, including month-end and accruals, pre-close reviews, and Budget vs Actuals analysis.
•    High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
•    Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
•    Managing and dealing with ambiguity
