About the role

The Data Governance Analyst supports the Global Data Governance Manager in operationalizing the enterprise data governance framework across HR platforms such as SuccessFactors, Beqom, Qualtics, Orgvue and other HR systems. This role will be responsible for maintaining  governance documentation and supporting design of data architecture across Reckitt’s HR suite of software and data governance across employee data to ensure it is of the highest quality. 

Your responsibilities

1. Global Data Governance Framework 

Support in Design, implementation, and maintain a global framework for data governance across HR systems.  

Monitor/Analyse compliance and drive continuous improvement in data management practices. 

2. Data Operations & Delivery 

Design reports and macros to extract, transform, and deliver HR data to support data quality tracking and monitoring.  

Ensure accuracy and integrity throughout data processing and transformation activities. 

3. Stakeholder Collaboration 

Collaborate with global business segments, IT, and HR teams to define and enforce data standards.  

Participate and facilitate working groups to align on data strategy and governance priorities. 

4. SuccessFactors Data Management 

Lead and coordinate mass data changes within the SuccessFactors platform.  

Ensure alignment with market-specific requirements, system capabilities, and governance policies.  

Support data migration and integration during system upgrades or transitions. 

5. Organizational Design & Insights 

Maintain accurate organizational architectures and ensure data quality within Org Design structures within Reckitts HR suite of software 

Provide insights and recommendations based on organizational data analysis.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree  
  • Advanced usage and experience of excel and other reporting tools, being able to create macros and tools to support data audit.
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP Success Factors and other HR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage a range of stakeholders.  
  • Eager to look for innovative ways to continuously improve efficiency and automation in the data governance field.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage your projects effectively. 
  • Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.  
  • A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
