We are looking for a leader to shape the global delivery of our HR Shared Services, ensuring an outstanding experience for employees at Reckitt. Your role is pivotal in architecting and nurturing our service capabilities while working harmoniously with our Hub Leads to breathe life into our HR strategy. This position is about fostering a culture of service excellence that resonates through every interaction and process, delivering not just results but shaping the future of our workplace.
Operating as the single point of accountability for HR Operations delivery, the role partners closely with HR CoEs, HR Business Partners, IT/Digital, Finance, Legal, and regional HR teams to balance global standardisation with local requirements, drive automation and self-service, and continuously enhance employee and manager experience. The role also hosts and supports critical global HR transformation and operational workstreams.
Your responsibilities
• Own end-to-end HR Operations delivery across Hire to Retire, including payroll operations and the full employee lifecycle.
• Act as enterprise owner and single point of accountability for HR Shared Services performance, quality, cost, and compliance globally.
• Host and support global HR operations and transformation workstreams, ensuring disciplined execution and outcomes.
• Translate HR CoE policies, frameworks, and programs into executable, system-enabled operational processes.
• Establish and maintain governance models, RACIs, COPs (Communities of Practice), and decision rights across GPS, CoEs, and HRBPs.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to embed continuous improvement, data quality, and strong internal controls across HR Operations.
• Lead service reviews, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to consistently raise service quality.
• Drive simplification, standardization, and elimination of non-value-added work across HR Operations.
• Partner with IT, HRIS, and Digital teams to leverage platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.
• Enable automation, analytics, self-service, and AI-enabled service delivery innovations at scale.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a large, multi-layered HR Operations organization based in Hyderabad.
• Build a strong leadership bench, succession plans, and capability roadmap aligned to a mature Global Business Services model.
• Partner closely with HR CoEs, HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance, and IT/Digital teams.
The experience we're looking for
• 15+ years of experience in leading HR Shared Services, or GBS within a large multinational environment.
• Proven experience leading global or regional HR Shared Services organisations from a hub or offshore location.
• Strong background in process governance, service delivery, payroll operations, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to enable enterprise-wide HR transformation through influence and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.
