About the role
We are looking for a Head of GPS Reward to lead the global operations of Reward services at Reckitt. In this role, you will sit at the centre of our HR Transformation—driving consistency, operational excellence, digital enablement, and innovation across all markets.
You will collaborate closely with IT&D, global Hub Leads, the Reward COE, and HR stakeholders to continuously evolve and elevate what GPS Reward delivers. As our HR operating model expands, so will the influence and scope of GPS Reward. This is your opportunity to build, shape, and lead a world‑class global Reward operations engine.
Your responsibilities
Lead & Influence Globally
Inspire, develop, and coach a global Reward operations team. Partner with senior HR stakeholders and navigate a fast‑paced, complex matrix environment with confidence and clarity.
Lead Global Reward Operations
Drive end‑to‑end delivery of core Reward processes (Annual Salary Review, Bonus, Job Evaluation, Pay Ranges, Off‑Cycle Adjustments, Analytics, Compliance, among others) while ensuring a seamless employee and stakeholder experience. Lead and empower a high‑performing global operations team.
Accelerate Digital & Process Transformation
Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and modernize Reward processes. Collaborate with IT&D, Reward COE, and Transformation teams to enhance digital capabilities and process design.
Strengthen Governance & Service Quality
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and global standards. Partner across Finance, Payroll, HR Systems, and COEs to align timelines and policies. Monitor KPIs and SLAs to deliver world‑class service.
Expand GPS Reward Services
Support the transition of additional Reward activities into GPS. Build future‑ready SOPs, RACIs, and process maps while identifying new service opportunities to grow GPS’s global footprint.
The experience we're looking for
- 12+ years of progressive Reward experience, with significant exposure to regional or global operations.
- Proven leadership of end‑to‑end Reward service delivery in a multinational environment.
- Experience leading teams through complex transformation and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence navigating complex datasets and HR technologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management in matrix organisations.
- Demonstrated success in designing, optimising, and scaling Reward processes.
