About the role
As the IT&D Analyst - Data, Reporting & Analytics, you are responsible for the product management, technical competency capability and progress of the global supply analytics initiatives. You will work closely with the IT and Supply stakeholders across the world in developing and enhancing the supply analytics products to meet the global/region’s growth vision and strategy.
Your responsibilities
- Basic understanding of Supply business processes and leverage them in analytics products, so as to align insights with organizational objectives.
- Good to have technical knowledge of data feeder systems (e.g., ERP, KNX, OTM) powering analytics.
- Oversight of data provisioning, cleansing, and visualization, with a focus on UI/UX optimization.
- Rigorous multi-tiered testing of features and reports prior to general availability (GA) release.
- Work with team of data engineers, PBI developers to meet deliverables from Global Supply Analytics perspective.
- Technical knowledge of Azure ecosystem or Microsoft PBI.
- Work with global business teams to understand their problem statements/reporting requirements/analytics needs, and define timelines based on activities involved, track and deliver reports, following SAFe Agile methodology.

The experience we're looking for
- Overall experience of 4-8 year in Supply Analytics area, in any area like planning, procurement, Manufacturing etc.
- Knowledge of important KPI’s in supply area.
- Should have hands on experience of in any one or more of these areas - technical product management, data engineering (conversant with Azure Ecosystem), data visualization (Power BI preferred).
- Should be able to manage analytics change requirements and drive continuous improvement – reporting visuals and performance.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, SQL Queries, DAX queries, ADLS and DBMS highly preferred.
- Concept of PI planning, incremental feature delivery through iterations as prescribed by SAFe 6.0 methodology of agile delivery is good to have.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good command on written and oral communication.
- Ability to identify and define the problem statements clearly and work towards resolving them with a solution mindset and a strong resolve to address issues, implement appropriate and timely solutions.
- Should be able to collaborate with different teams to find a solution to problem statements, define timelines and communicate progress and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Cooperates positively as a team member with members of own department & other departments.
