About the role

The role has overall responsibility of scaling process automation across Reckitt.  The Platform Engineer-RPA will be part of the Automation CoE and will be responsible for providing automation assessment, functional analysis, prepare detailed requirement analysis and deliver the process automations across Reckitt.  Act as the consultant to internal programs to help them define and deliver process automation strategy, approach, risk & issue management, monitoring and control of delivery and quality management for deliverables. The analyst will be responsible for contributing to the setup of efficient Governance, Frameworks and Standards for the continuous process improvements to help Reckitt to deliver best in class process automation capabilities.

Your responsibilities

Mapping the as-is process and translating the process into automated workflows
Work with business teams in the identification of business requirements and document the as-is process and the to-be automated workflows.
Help gather details for use case assessment of suitability for automation and technical complexity
Analyse business processes and help in discovering the right automation opportunities for automation
Perform reverse process walkthrough to business teams
Explore on new technologies and make POCs to showcase to the business stakeholders to scale up COE outreach
Must be able to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize assignments to deliver quality work in a timely manner
Experience in process analysis, functional design, value assessment and project planning
Ability to articulate business process requirements to a development team (and vice versa: IT requirements to the business) to support project delivery
Manage the Automation Platform hosted on Cloud
Responsible for application patch management across the platform 
Present the automation solutions in architecture review board and ensure alignment to the overall project objectives and technology strategy.
Perform estimated and actual costing analysis backed by data.
Associate with Cyber and other domain architects to make sure the platform is compliant as per the company standards 
Ensure the upkeep of the code and knowledge repositories 
Participate in all aspects of SDLC including design, coding, code review, testing, deployment, bug fixing and documentation.

Relationship Management 
Building strong relationships with the IT teams, Business Relationship Managers, and the business stakeholders 
Building strong relationship with delivery partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget still adhering to standards
Mentor and coach automation CoE team members on niche technologies, solution architecture and industry best practices by focussing on delivery excellence

Accountabilities 
Ensuring the critical path and dependencies are tracked and managed proactively 
Ensuring that risks and issues are identified, and mitigations implemented effectively
Ensuring risks/issues/dependencies impacting the project schedule / quality is escalated in a timely manner
Collaborate with the competency and delivery team for project execution
Accurately reporting the status to stakeholders in an agreed frequency
Collaborate with other members of the Team to create comprehensive documentation in accordance with published standards

The experience we're looking for

8+ years of experience as Technical Consultant with at least 4 years of proven IT or Automation project delivery 
Excellent verbal communications with strong written skills and ability to present to all levels of the customer’s organization
High level of motivation, flexibility, drive and personal commitment
Able to collaborate with cross functional teams (competency, COE, Delivery Assurance, vendors, partners etc) to effectively deliver projects
Experience on RPA integrated with next generation of Intelligent Automation technology, such as AI, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to discover more project opportunities in these areas
Business process analysis and optimization
Experience of performing Orchestrator System Administration (SA) functions for best BOT efficiency and availability along with performing UiPath upgrade in a PaaS environment
Implementation experience of UiPath on a DevOps environment
Working experience in Azure / AWS / GCP cloud deployments of UiPath or other solutions
Experience developing complex applications using Microsoft PowerApps and Power-Automate platform
Proven experience of managing competency deliverables in high impact high budget programs, working alongside stakeholder groups and external delivery partners
Effective time management and organisational skills
Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving
Strong negotiation and influencing skills particularly at senior levels of an organisation
Able to deal with conflict and mediate 
Able to deal with ambiguity and cope with change
