The IT&D Analyst – SAP PP & PM is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) processes across global manufacturing operations. This role works closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure stable shop‑floor operations, system reliability, and continuous process improvements in planning, execution, and maintenance activities
Your responsibilities

Support core SAP PP processes including BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Execution.

Support SAP PM processes such as Maintenance Notifications, Work Orders, Task Lists, Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans, and Preventive/Corrective Maintenance cycles.

Participate in configuration of PP/PM master data, order types, maintenance strategies, scheduling parameters, planning profiles, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and cutover readiness for PP/PM related deployments and integration settings.

Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, custom reports, interfaces (MES, IoT, SCADA), and workflow improvements.

Monitor PP/PM integrations across MM (material availability), QM (inspection lots), SD (delivery scheduling), and CO (order confirmation & settlement).
The experience we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, IT, or related field.

2–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and/or SAP PM modules.

Practical experience with production orders, confirmations, MRP runs, maintenance notifications, work orders, breakdown/PM cycles, manufacturing processes, shop-floor execution, preventive maintenance, and asset management and spare-part processing.

Understanding of integrations with MM (components & spare parts), QM (quality inspection), CO (order settlements), and SD (production for sales).

Ability to work with distributed teams across time zones and support 24/7 production environments when required.
