About the role
Quality is a critical part of what we do at Reckitt. The IT&D team empower Reckitt’s commitment to Quality and the trust our consumers place in our products. We pro-actively manage processes and tools across our Quality Management/Quality Control products for our ~40,000 colleagues.
Strategic Execution: You will partner with key business SMEs to elicit, analyse, document and manage product requirements. You will support the Product Manager and team in realising the product strategy – delivering incremental value to the business, sprint by sprint.
Computer Software Assurance: Our Quality solutions are generally subject to GxP requirements. You will work with our Agile delivery team, across our Azure DevOps platform, to deliver CSA-compliant records and audit-ready products.
Agility: Our Quality solutions stretch from the first seeds of innovation in R&D through to finished product release in our Quality Control labs. Your agility and communication skills will be key in staying effective against the breadth of solutions we support.
Your responsibilities

- Supporting the implementation and business-as-usual running of global and local applications such as Veeva QualityOne, LabWare LIMS, Empower CDS and Chromeleon CDS
- Writing and reviewing validation documentation, e.g. Validation Plans, Validation reports and other necessary GxP documents
- Working with business users to understand the system requirements, technical issues, and support IT developer/vendor in addressing the needs
- Working with delivery partners to ensure that any functional designs they are delivering are in line with standardised templates
- Supporting delivery partners and business users with the testing phase to ensure that system meets requirements
The experience we're looking for
- Experience working in a Business Analyst role driving requirements and/or design workshops
- Knowledge of GAMP 5 CSV framework and/or CSA ways of working
- Experience working in Waterfall and/or Agile delivery environments
- Experience of supporting complex change and/or multi-disciplinary projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working with and influencing business stakeholders to balance business needs with IT&D standards and processes.
- Enthusiastic about the use of technology, with a proven ability to provide a communication ‘bridge’ between the business and technologists.
- Experience using DevOps and Service Management solutions
- Previous experience of Quality solutions Veeva Quality One, LIMS and CDS are advantageous for a candidate
