Your responsibilities

- Craft and execute strategies that upgrade our tech and digital prowess in R & D, propelling us towards a smarter future.
- Forge productive partnerships with R & D personnel, pinpointing their tech needs and engineering impactful digital solutions.
- Spearhead vital tech and digital projects within R & D, ensuring they align with our ambitious innovation goals.
- Handle the budget for R & D tech and digital operations, optimising resources for maximum effectiveness.
- Guarantee project timelines and budgets are strictly adhered to, exemplifying disciplined management and oversight.

The experience we're looking for

- Extensive experience in the domains of R & D, tech, and digital, with a history of managing complex projects.
- Proven track record in departmental leadership, team management, and strong guidance.
- Articulate communicator blessed with exceptional interaction abilities and comfort in dynamic settings.
- Master of project and programme management, alongside a penchant for design thinking and strategic innovation.
- Expertise in aligning digital strategies with business objectives, ensuring technology adoption is seamless across the board.
