About the role
The IT&D Manager, Knowledge & Catalogue Management is responsible for owning and evolving the global knowledge and service catalogue capability within GBS. This role ensures that services and information are clearly defined, easy to find, easy to understand and consistently presented across digital channels.
Your responsibilities
- Own the global knowledge and service catalogue operating model for GBS
- Establish and evolve the GBS Knowledge Center, integrating multiple knowledge repositories into a single searchable knowledge index within ServiceNow
- Define and maintain service taxonomy, naming conventions and service definitions
- Set standards and governance for knowledge and catalogue quality, lifecycle management and usage
- Ensure knowledge and catalogue capabilities support effective self-service and ease of use
- Partner with service owners to ensure services and information are accurately and consistently represented
The experience we're looking for
- Experience leading or owning knowledge management, service catalogue or content-driven capabilities
- Experience designing or delivering federated knowledge solutions or enterprise knowledge hubs
- Experience producing and governing AI-ready content, including structured, well-tagged and metadata-rich content suitable for search, analytics and conversational experiences
- Strong understanding of enterprise service management and catalogue-based operating models
- Experience delivering or optimising capabilities on enterprise platforms, with ServiceNow preferred
