About the role

ServiceNow is a growing platform within Reckitt used by multiple business lines. As part of the high performance ServiceNow team of Reckitt, the role of the Product Architect is to ensure we are deriving the full value of the ServiceNow modules & the Reckitt entitlements while achieving the overall Reckitt goals & objectives.

Your responsibilities

 

•  Accountable for the ServiceNow product architecture, security & health within Reckitt (with focus on Strategic Portfolio Management module)

•  As a core member of the Reckitt ServiceNow team, contribute to the Reckitt product strategy to ensure to align the ServiceNow platform capabilities to the business strategy & the ServiceNow roadmap. Ensures Reckitt fully leverages the features per its entitlements.

•  Responsible to enable the product roadmap - working with Reckitt ServiceNow product manager and platform team, Reckitt ITSM Global Process owners, & other product & platform owners within Reckitt.

•  Technical leadership of the ServiceNow product within Reckitt – including the creation of reusable components (Eg: APIs), associated automations & integrations to ensure the tools remain fit for use.

•  Strong individual who can collaborate with senior stakeholders within Reckitt, influence other product line and platform roadmaps & enable the right things for Reckitt.

•  Drive continual improvements with ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features

The experience we're looking for

•  Must have technical expertise on ServiceNow – deep functional & technical expertise on ServiceNow platform, data model, ServiceNow app development, scripting & integrations

•  Overall 10 years of experience with ServiceNow Experience should be 5+ years - should have experience in Technical Architecture, design & Solutions on ServiceNow, including Service Portal & mobile app (Employee and Agent)

•  Must have advanced knowledge and experience on ServiceNow Modules with special focus on SPM

•  Cross experience on additional product lines (ITSM, HRSD etc.) will be an advantage.

      •  Experience in setup and integration of ServiceNow in Azure cloud landscape will be a plus
