About the role
The Strategy, Portfolio, and Planning discipline requires a robust analytical and hands-on team to achieve maturity. The Senior Analyst within this team will play a pivotal role in developing and refining measurements and metrics, as well as creating, maintaining, and assessing the portfolio.
This role is instrumental in advancing the tools and processes utilized by the IT&D organization to deliver impactful results through its initiatives. The Senior Analyst will define the path from traditional reporting to actionable, data-driven insights, thereby supporting the organization's evolving ways of working in alignment with transformation initiatives.
Your responsibilities
Delivery/Execution
- Actively engage with IT&D workstream teams to create a reliable information for, owning IT&D performance metrics, as per:
- Performance management:
- Capabilities costs: Download, treat and review financial data required to issue a TCO (Total Cost of ownership) report in periodic basis
- Service metrics: Ensures Service Levels is available for all workstreams on standard way, ideally trough a centralized Dashboard
- Additional KPIS: Support the development and reporting of operating model adherence KPIs, identifying standards, tools and practices that impact on performance
Portfolio Management:
- Portfolio Assessment: Regularly assess and analyze the portfolio to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting and Insights: Generate comprehensive reports and actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the portfolio management framework.
- Contributes on targets and glidepaths setting for maturing Portfolio and Performance Management
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Proactively and smoothly support workstream’s governance through:
- Making reports available for recurrent meetings in a disciplined and constant manner
- Feeding OCM activities with related content, ensuring it is sync with IT&D agenda needs
- Creating - in partnership with OCM leads - the OCM plan required to embed performance and portfolio management within process and routines
- Identifying, addressing and resolving differences between individuals and/or interest groups
- Builds strong relationships with IT&D stakeholders
The experience we're looking for
- Master Excel and fast learning additional/new tooling
- Knowledge of planning tools and techniques with business analytical experience
- Demonstrable of good communication and influencing skills both verbally and written
- Comfortable to engage on financial analysis and reporting
- Proactive, problem-solving and responsive attitude whilst dealing with ambiguity
