Your responsibilities

  • The roll out of the Lab Resilience program across Reckitt labs globally, focussing on implementation of resilient network connectivity to allow the flow of data from the testing instruments through to enterprise applications
  • Assessing the level of (cyber) risk in each laboratory to produce a risk assessment that forms the basis for the plan of implementation of resilient networks and processes across Reckitt laboratories globally
  • Driving the implementation and testing of business continuity plans and adherence to global processes
  • Working closely within the Connected Labs group to ensure that dependencies between the Lab Resilience programme and other programmes, such as LIMS rollout, are closely managed
  • Being the key point of contact for their Product team, managing demands and aligning all stakeholders on prioritisation.
  • Providing direction to the Product team to translate both business requirements into technology solutions and explain complex IT solutions to non-technical resources.

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven expertise in Cyber resilient networks and processes
  • Change Leadership - Negotiating process change and focusing on maximum adoption.
  • Product Management - TCO & design simplification

Methodologies:

  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks
  • Knowledge of Validation frameworks, e.g. CFR21 Part 11 Compliance and GAMP 5
