IT&D Product Manager- Payroll- Contract
Role Purpose:
The IT&D Product Manager -Payroll is part of the IT&D Transformation team, a team responsible for the Design, Delivery and sustenance of IT&D solutions in Payroll services function. This role will be responsible for all applications supporting Payroll services.
The role is responsible for the governance and enforcement of standardised solutions for projects, programme and continuous improvement initiatives related to Payroll services and other applications within Reckitt.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Template Management and Solution Delivery support
• Lead the team to effectively delivery and maintain the IT application in accordance with business needs
• Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised HR solutions within Reckitt to simplify the change process going forward
• Govern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HR Systems solutions within Reckitt
• Identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the HR Systems landscape
• Where required, work with delivery partners to ensure that any functional designs they are delivering are in line with Reckitt practices
• Lead design workshops to gather requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications and design
Skills/Experiences
Essential
• 10 + years of experience in managing, implementing and supporting HR/ Payroll solutions
• Experience working with internal and external applications environment
• Knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time & Attendance (T&A) and Absence module.
• Knowledge in payroll integrations and ServiceNow HRSD is a plus .
• Partner with Global Payroll Teams to identify and optimise the current processes and tech landscape
• Identify potential automation opportunities and work with Automation CoE to deliver them
• Support the integrated T&A system to payroll as part of T&A consolidation
• Support in implementing any Legal, Financial and Regulatory requirements
