About the role

Join our IT&D Vendor & Commercial team, where you’ll play a critical role in strengthening how IT&D manages its commercial and financial operations at scale. You’ll be accountable for defining and embedding IT&D‑wide standards and processes that enable vendors to raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) consistently, compliantly, and efficiently.

Working across IT&D, Finance, Procurement, and our vendor ecosystem, you’ll translate commercial policy into practical ways of working that improve control, transparency, and value. This role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise‑wide processes, influence senior stakeholders, and raise the overall commercial maturity of IT&D.

Your responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle for IT vendors, ensuring compliance with internal procurement processes and controls.
Support vendor contract lifecycle management, including contract creation, renewals, amendments, compliance tracking, and documentation.
Develop and enhance vendor management frameworks, governance processes, policies, and operating procedures.
Manage vendor onboarding activities and ensure alignment with procurement, legal, finance, security, and business requirements.
Maintain centralized records of vendor contracts, performance metrics, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
Establish and monitor vendor KPIs and SLAs, conducting regular performance reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support vendor selection, negotiations, sourcing decisions, and commercial governance.
Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation, cost optimization, process efficiencies, and service improvements.
Track vendor spend, monitor budget adherence, and provide insights on cost-saving opportunities and vendor portfolio performance.
Prepare and present periodic reports and dashboards on vendor performance, compliance, risks, and procurement metrics to senior leadership using tools such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Power BI.

The experience we're looking for

12+ years of experience in IT Procurement, Vendor Management, Supplier Governance, or Procure-to-Pay operations within a complex enterprise environment.
Strong experience managing IT vendors, contract lifecycle management, supplier onboarding, and procurement operations.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, Legal, Information Security, and Business stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with vendor performance management, KPI/SLA governance, compliance monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives.
Proficiency with procurement and reporting tools such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Power BI, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to partner effectively with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and IT stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable processes
Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability in a senior individual‑contributor role
