About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT&D Senior Analyst – Core Infrastructure to support the design, implementation, and operational management of enterprise Data Center and Core Infrastructure across global and manufacturing environments. The role ensures secure, scalable, and high-performing infrastructure supporting business-critical applications, IT/OT integration, and cloud connectivity.
It also drives infrastructure modernization across virtualization, hybrid cloud (Azure Local), storage, backup and disaster recovery, PKI, and automation, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards through close collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

Your responsibilities

-Support design, deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise Data Center and Core Infrastructure platforms across regional and manufacturing environments. 
-Implement and manage virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and Azure Local environments. 
-Support Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and core enterprise services. 
-Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam and Commvault to ensure business continuity and resilience. 
-Support enterprise storage infrastructure including NAS platforms, replication, snapshots, storage virtualization, and performance optimization. 
-Design and maintain PKI infrastructure including Certificate Authorities (CA), certificate lifecycle management, and encryption services. 
-Support Citrix environments including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Cloud platforms. 
-Ensure infrastructure security through access controls, patching, hardening, segmentation, and compliance with cybersecurity standards. 
-Support IT/OT integration initiatives across manufacturing environments ensuring secure and reliable connectivity. 
-Contribute to disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability architecture design and implementation. 
-Drive automation, standardization, operational efficiency, and infrastructure modernization initiatives through DevOps and infrastructure-as-code practices.
-Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, manufacturing, application, and vendor teams for delivery and operational support. 
-Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. 
-Develop technical architecture documentation (TAS), standards, governance reports, and operational metrics. 
-Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

The experience we're looking for

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 
-Strong experience with Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS. 
-Proven expertise in VMware virtualization technologies (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi) and Hyper-V.
-Experience with Azure Local and hybrid cloud infrastructure environments. 
-Strong knowledge of enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam and Commvault. 
-Hands-on experience with enterprise storage systems including NAS, replication, snapshots, and storage virtualization. 
-Understanding of PKI concepts including Certificate Authorities, digital certificates, encryption, and lifecycle management. 
-Experience with Citrix technologies including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Cloud. 
-Good understanding of infrastructure security, disaster recovery, and business continuity principles. 
-Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and IEC 62443 is an advantage. 
-Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
