As an IT&D Senior Analyst – DevSecOps Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the Global Integration Platform, enabling secure, reliable, and automated delivery of integration solutions built on Azure Integration Services.

You will embed security, quality, and operational excellence into the platform and CI/CD pipelines, working closely with integration engineers, platform teams, cyber security, and architects.

Your responsibilities

Integrate security tooling into the delivery lifecycle, including code scanning, dependency checks, and secrets management.
Provide DevSecOps tooling, guidance, and templates to integration engineering teams.
Implement and maintain identity and access controls for integration platforms.
Collaborate with Cyber Security teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies.
Define secure patterns for APIs, messaging, and event‑driven integrations.
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration solutions and platform components.
Embed security controls into pipelines and runtime environments (shift‑left security).
Automate infrastructure and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Standardise deployment, release, and rollback processes across the integration platform.
Support multiple environments including development, testing, and production.
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting standards for integrations.
Improve incident detection, diagnosis, and recovery times.
Support root cause analysis and drive preventative improvements.
Contribute to platform reliability, resilience, and cost optimisation.
Define and enforce secure development and operational readiness standards.
Enable onboarding of new internal teams and third‑party solutions onto the platform.
Work closely with integration engineers, platform engineering, cyber security, and architects.
Participate in solution and design reviews to ensure security and operability are built in upfront.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the Global Integration Platform roadmap.

The experience we're looking for

3-6 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or platform engineering roles.
Strong experience with Azure DevOps and/or Git‑based CI/CD tooling.
Experience securing and operating cloud‑based platforms in Microsoft Azure.
Understanding of IAM, network security, and secure software delivery practices.
Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, YAML).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
