About the role
The IT&D Manager, Knowledge & Catalogue Management supports the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of GBS knowledge and service catalogue capabilities. The role focuses on creating, maintaining and improving knowledge and catalogue content so that services and information are accurate, easy to find and easy to use.
This position plays a key role in operationalising standards, supporting the GBS Knowledge Center, and ensuring knowledge and catalogue content remains current, trusted and ready for digital and AI-enabled consumption.
Your responsibilities
- Create, update and maintain knowledge articles and service catalogue entries in line with defined standards
- Support the operation of the GBS Knowledge Center by helping integrate and maintain content from multiple knowledge sources
- Apply metadata, tagging and categorisation to ensure strong searchability and findability
- Manage knowledge and catalogue lifecycle activities, including reviews, updates and retirements
- Perform quality checks to ensure content is accurate, clear, consistent and user-friendly
- Support AI-ready content practices by structuring content appropriately and maintaining metadata
The experience we're looking for
- Experience working with knowledge bases, service catalogues or content management systems
- Understanding of structured content, metadata and tagging to support search and digital experiences
- Exposure to enterprise platforms, with ServiceNow knowledge or experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standards and governance
- Comfort working with data, insights or analytics to support improvement
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Interest in digital services, self-service and user experience
