About the role

The IT&D Senior Analyst, Labware Developer will be part of a team who sit within the Delivery Hub in the IT Transformation team and support the development of the Labware LIMS used by the QC and R&D laboratories across Reckitt globally. As an IT Developer R&D, the role holder is responsible for maintaining the stability of the LIMS application and work on any bugfixes, enhancements, or expansion projects requested. 

Your responsibilities

  • Development of the Labware LIMS (v8) as per business requirements, using LIMS Basic and knowledge of the standard Labware configuration and templates. 
  • Working with the business teams to ensure their requirements are met and completing the testing of updated configuration and development. 
  • Candidate should have experience on Labware LIMS versions – 7 or 8, and ability to adopt to new technology. 
  • Candidate should be proficient in coding skills using LIMS basic, Java, XML etc. used for customizing Labware LIMS modules. 
  • Candidate should be proficient in Labware ELN template designing and enhancement process. 
  • Candidate should have hands on development experience on Database (Oracle, SQL Server etc.) 
  • Candidate should have hands on usage of Request, Incident, Problem and Change Management processes, ideally in Service Now. 
  • Candidate should have hands on knowledge on multiple interfaces like SAP, Empower (CDS), Crystal Report creation and modification with respect to Labware LIMS system. 
  • Experience in compliance environments like Pharmaceutical / Health care industries and Exposure on different regulatory guidelines like 21 CFR part11, Annexure 11 and GAMP5 etc… 
  • End to End Validation and Documentation knowledge for LIMS implementation.  
  • Ability to understand the business requirements, technical issues and Solving capability within the LIMS.  
  • Support Business Analysts during business requirements capture to ensure that standardisation will not be compromised by the change. 
  • Where required, work with delivery partners to ensure that any functional designs they are delivering are in line with standardised template. 
  • Where required, support delivery partners with the testing phase to ensure that change has been implemented to the correct standardised template as advised. 

The experience we're looking for

  • Extensive experience working as an IT Developer role for Labware LIMS 
  • Abreast of latest technology trends and the opportunities / risks they present to the business domain 
  • Good organisational skills   
  • Ability to work to tight timelines, under high pressure   
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a high paced environment without supervision with ability to set direction and manage with hands-off approach.  
  • Ability to remain calm when under pressure  
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills   
  • Running requirements & design workshops with various Business & IT stakeholders 
  • Knowledge of GxP requirements, including CSV documentation skills  
  • Hands on with Labware LIMS Basic, Crystal reports, Java, XML, ELN, Excel Macros etc. 
  • Agile software development methodologies e.g. Scrum, DSDM, XP, FDD, SAFe 
  • Hands on experience in CSV (IQ / OQ /PQ) for LIMS application 

 

Technical / Professional Qualifications: 

  • Educated in Business discipline or Computer Science to degree level, or equivalent experience. 
  • Certified Labware LIMS Administrator
