About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT&D Senior Analyst – Network Services to support, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across regional and global environments. The role focuses on ensuring secure, stable, and high-performing network operations while driving modernization, automation, and continuous improvement across networking technologies including switching, wireless, network access control, and software-defined networking along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

Provide technical expertise for network technologies including Cisco Wireless, Switching, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Cisco DNA Center, and Software Defined Access (SD-Access). 
Configure, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switching infrastructure in enterprise environments. 
Support wireless network deployments including wireless controllers, access points, RF optimization, and performance troubleshooting. 
Assist in implementing and managing Cisco ISE policies for authentication, authorization, and network segmentation. 
Support Cisco DNA Center operations including automation, assurance, provisioning, and policy-based management. 
Participate in network modernization and transformation initiatives to improve scalability, security, and operational efficiency. 
Perform proactive monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution for network-related issues. 
Ensure network infrastructure availability, reliability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards. 
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, manufacturing, and application teams to support business and operational requirements. 
Work closely with external vendors, managed service providers, and implementation partners for project delivery and operational support. 
Contribute to infrastructure governance, operational documentation, standardization, and best practices. 
Support IT risk management, audit, compliance, and cybersecurity initiatives aligned with corporate policies. 
Participate in change management, maintenance activities, and infrastructure lifecycle management. 
Prepare technical documentation, operational reports, and service performance metrics. 
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and service optimization within network operations.

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related filed.
Proven experience as Network Architect with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and managing Network Infrastructure.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).
Proven hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches in enterprise-level environments.
Strong knowledge of Cisco Wireless Access Points, Wireless Controllers and proficiency in wireless site survey, design, and RF planning.
In-depth knowledge of Cisco ISE architecture, components, and deployment models.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Identity Services Engine policies for authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA).
Understanding of Cisco DNA Center architecture and capabilities.
Hands-on experience with DNA Center fabric provisioning, automation, and assurance.
Proficiency in implementing software-defined access (SD-Access) and policy-driven network segmentation.
Understanding of emerging wireless technologies, such as 5G and IoT connectivity will be value added.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
