About the role
The IT&D Senior Analyst, Strategy & Operations will assume a key role within the team for the Product Stream to help ensure the overall smooth operations with regards to administration of contract/vendor and service incident management, the management of the required meetings, the co-ordination and consolidation of key reporting requirements across the Portfolio, and the management of key system tooling and toolkits used across the FEL product stream. This will ensure that best practice is being instilled within the Product Stream leveraging ways of working practices set by the Global team.
Your responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining key reporting requirements across the product stream with the information then distributed to the required target audiences.
- Supporting the usage and adoption of key tooling used across the product stream through regular training and guidance
- Driving continuous improvement opportunities with the respective tooling product owners to drive new requirements into their future product roadmaps for the stream.
- Ensuring that all governance updates within the key systems and tooling are being made by the teams/individuals to the required governance timetable to represent the product stream.
- Ensure that all contracts are maintained and managed by the Product groups
- Collaborate with the respective Product Managers to ensure the maintenance of their respective product catalogues.
The experience we're looking for
Functional:
- Good understanding in PMO or Project management
- Understanding in Contract and Vendor management
- Reporting understanding in Power BI
- Good presentation skills
- Understanding of key financial information (budgets)
Technical:
- Reporting Tools (e.g. PowerBi)
- SharePoint, MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word), MS Project Online, LeanIX, Azure DevOps
