About the role

The IT&D Senior Analyst (SA) SAP PaPM develops a deep understanding of the opportunities, risks, and issues facing a business function and advises on possible solutions. They translate business strategies and stakeholder needs into detailed product requirements and verify whether those requirements are fulfilled by a product increment.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the Product Manager in implementing SAP PaPM solution aligned with business strategy. Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for profitability and performance management.
  • Configure SAP PaPM models, rules, and functions to meet business needs. Collaborate with technical teams for integration with SAP FI/CO, BW, and other systems. Conduct workshops, solutioning sessions, and MVP validations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver training and documentation for end-users and support teams.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements during solution design and implementation.
  • Maintain operational standards and support audits related to financial and performance data.

The experience we're looking for

Functional:  

  • Strong business domain knowledge in operational transfer pricing processes, including intercompany pricing, cost allocation, and compliance with global tax regulations
  • Familiar with IT standards and controls to ensure secure and compliant implementation of transfer pricing solutions.
  • Abreast of latest technology trends in SAP PaPM, automation, and analytics and the opportunities/risks they present to transfer pricing operations.
  • Experience in analyzing and breaking down complex transfer pricing scenarios using structured frameworks and methodologies (e.g., allocation models, profitability analysis). 

 Technical: 

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), including modeling, allocation rules, functions, and data flow configuration. Knowledge of integration with SAP FI/CO, BW, and HANA for performance and profitability analysis.
  • Strong understanding of requirements elicitation and management techniques, along with basic knowledge of software engineering principles, security guidelines, and architecture standards.
