About the role
Background:
The Adoption and continuous improvement Organisation has been established with team of people dedicated to providing support and expertise across all Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems within Reckitt.
Role Purpose:
• This is a strategic and challenging role supporting live commercial markets, factories and Area Headquarters across all SAP templates deployed in Reckitt.
• To provide best in class support to live factories, markets and AHQ across all ERP systems.
• To partner with the business to deliver solutions for competitive advantage.
• Increase productivity and efficiency within the business.
• Help to deliver business benefits from ERP system.
• Reduce delivery lead-times of business requirements.
• Reduce user onboarding process.
• Reduce incidents across ERP landscape.
• Enrich user experience with more effective issue resolution.
• Role involves working alongside Global Process Owners, other functional SAP BPO’s and SMEs, Business Analysts, BSG Service Managers and Super Users to enable successful support.
• Support central project teams with functional expertise where necessary.
Your responsibilities
• Work with live commercial, manufacturing and AHQ markets in validating requirements.
• Understand legal, fiscal, regulatory changes in live commercial, manufacturing and AHQ markets and define solutions in SAP.
• Deliver continuous improvement changes to live commercial, manufacturing and AHQ markets across all SAP systems in relevant functional area.
• Work with partners, where necessary, to deliver continuous improvement changes.
• Help to prioritise change requests across all regions.
• Provide process/functional expertise to all live commercial, manufacturing and AHQ markets in relevant functional area.
• Providing functional expertise and, where required leadership, to the business on projects/initiatives involving assessment, design, development and implementation of SAP systems.
• Help to maintain BAU training environment with relevant data.
• Develop training calendar for super user and end user training.
• Work with BPO organisation to deliver training courses to super users and end users.
• Develop or update global SOP/training documents.
• Support super users for maintaining local SOP/training documents.
• Help to develop a framework for sharing documents and collaboration with live commercial, manufacturing and AHQ markets.
• Work with BPO organisation to ensure global process adoption.
• Approval of system documentation, including testing; ensuring this complies with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that the validated state of the system is kept intact with respect to documentation and process.
• Ensure the system is audit compliant.
• Perform regular review of controls.
• Develop KPIs to monitor live commercial, manufacturing and AHQ market’s adherence to process.
• Work on technical innovations to enhance existing core template.
• Support the commercial, manufacturing and AHQ markets to utilise SAP to drive benefits.
• Facilitate Community of Practices in relevant area.
• Facilitate POD meetings in relevant area.
• Provide super user support on ad-hoc basis.
• Dealing and responding to queries/issues and providing appropriate support mechanisms to ensure robust system performance.
• Work with markets to ensure adoption of best practice and process adherence.
• Provide level 4 support for service issues and global escalation.
• Work closely with level 3 support teams in relevant area to support open incidents and ticket reductions.
• Ensure transition of changes to level 3 support organisation.
• Work with Service Management Lead to prepare monthly release pack.

The experience we're looking for
• Minimum 6+years of experience with Degree qualified or equivalent business experience
• Experience of working in a complex, matrix organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential.
• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of relevant business process area.
• Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through superior communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to deal with and manage conflict.
• Demonstrable ability to manage multi-layered project/s with inter-dependencies.
• Project Mgmt., 6 Sigma qualifications desirable but not essential.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP; either in business process or functional analyst role.
• SAP configuration experience is desirable but not essential.
• Sound understanding of underlying tools and technologies used in the SAP domain.
• Good understanding of reporting tools (e.g. SAP BI, Celonis etc.) is desirable but not essential.
