IT&D Senior BA - Connected Labs (Lab Resilience & Site Operations)

City:  Hyderabad

You will be responsible for…

  • Supporting the implementation and business-as-usual running of laboratory networks, infrastructure and systems to allow the connectivity and flow of data from the testing instruments through to enterprise applications
  • Collaborating with the Architecture team and external partners to adapt network blueprints for each specific laboratory across Reckitt globally, working closely with these partners on the roll out and ongoing support.
  • The elaboration, analysis, documentation and testing of product requirements (eg. Features, user stories)
  • Identifying relevant GxP validation, security and compliance requirements that need to be adhered to as part of product development
  • Producing site/lab assessments to review and document gaps that need to be addressed in the backlog, providing clarity on priorities and benefits
  • Working with the lab teams to develop, update and test business continuity plans.

 

Technical skills & qualifications:

  • Experience of working as a Business Analyst and in managing cyber resilient networks.
  • Strong business domain knowledge and business acumen related to laboratory processes and familiar with IT standards and controls.
  • Abreast of latest technology trends and the opportunities / risks they present to the business domain.
  • Proven expertise in analysing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience of supporting or working with laboratory applications, such as LIMS or CDS.
  • Experience of service management, eg. change and incident management for applications
  • Hands on experience in creating Validation and Test Plans, IQ / OQ /PQ and other relevant documentation required in SDLC for GxP applications

Methodologies:

  • Expert in GxP system validation
  • Software delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Business process model and notational standards
