Your responsibilities
Working with the In-housing the data in housing In-housing product manager and In-housing Head of delivery
Organise and integrate the operations of the team to make sure we are all working as a single team.
Work closely on new capability development with the business and product teams
Work with Markets and Global products to gather requirements
Work with Delivery to find new opportunities to improve and refine the product.
Setup and development of the support organisation for Data in-housing
Manage Vendor performance
Be a F.A.I.R. Guardian - ensure that data is Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable
Work with products teams to make sure they are working with in housing data in the most efficient way
Ensure the correct level of documentation is being created and maintained.
Identify data duplication in the organisation and work with In-housing product and Delivery to close gaps
Make sure that Harbor data products are properly catalogued and follow the definition of done principles
Collaborate with Data Product Managers to work on the cross-domain data sharing, identify the needs of other products and make sure data contracts are in place
Keep confidential data secure by identifying the security rules & requirements and working with Solution Architecture Team on implementing them
The experience we're looking for
With 4+ years of experience with 2-4 years working with Data Business analysis or Data & Analytics products
Knowledge of syndicated datasets such Nielsen and IQVIA,
Data management skills
Knowledge about Microsoft Azure tech stack (Databricks, ADO, ADF)
Knowledge and understanding of Data Layers (Medallion Architecture) and Kimball Dimensional Modelling
Basic data modelling skills (conceptual & logical data models, defining keys and dimensional vs transactional tables relations, normalized vs denormalized data)
Basic SQL (or any other language) skills to be able to query the tables
