About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT&D Senior Integration Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Azure Integration Services and modern cloud integration patterns. The person will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade integration solutions connecting applications, data, APIs, and business processes across cloud and hybrid environments.This is an invitation to bring your expertise to a place where you can nurture growth, influence progress, and be a driving force in helping us achieve our purpose.

Your responsibilities

Design and Architect Integration Solutions leveraging Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Hub, Functions, Storage, and Event Hub) aligned with enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
Lead End-to-End Development of scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native integration solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Develop and Manage APIs using Azure API Management, including API lifecycle management, versioning, security policies, throttling, and monitoring.
Implement Event-Driven and Messaging Solutions using Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, and Azure Functions to support real-time and asynchronous integration scenarios.
Leverage Agentic AI Capabilities to design intelligent integrations using Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot technologies, AI agents, and workflow orchestration to enhance business automation and operational efficiency.
Design AI-Enabled Integration Patterns that combine traditional integration services with generative AI, intelligent document processing, conversational workflows, and autonomous decision-making capabilities.
Establish DevOps and CI/CD Practices utilizing Azure DevOps, Git Repositories, Pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), automated testing, and deployment strategies.
Ensure Security, Compliance, and Operational Excellence through implementation of secure coding practices, API security, monitoring, observability, logging, vulnerability remediation, and quality gates.
Provide Technical Leadership and Mentorship to development teams through code reviews, architecture reviews, design guidance, and adoption of integration best practices.
Collaborate with Business and Technology Stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions and drive successful project delivery.
Stay Current with Emerging Technologies in Azure Integration Services, Agentic AI, Cloud-Native Architecture, and Modern Integration Patterns, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

The experience we're looking for

11-14 years of overall IT experience with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Azure Integration Services.
Strong expertise in Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.
Good Exposure & hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Agents, Microsoft Copilot, Agentic AI frameworks, and AI-powered automation.
Experience in enterprise integration, API-led connectivity, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solution architecture skills.
